Arm Balance Workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn how to resist the force of gravity and realize the true strength that you already have?
This arm balancing workshop is what you are looking for!
You will build a deeper understanding of alignment and technique, and drop your fear of falling.
There will be work to develop strength in your arms, shoulders, chest, core and the stability needed to be able to balance on your arms (or your head!), and techniques of how to transition between different yoga postures. In addition to the strengthening exercises that you can eventually practice on your own to build the required strength to hold your arm balances.
The workshop is suitable to all levels:
* Anyone wanting to learn about arm balances in greater detail
* Those wanting to get stronger in their yoga practice, and working towards more challenging postures
* Yogis who want to learn techniques to help them get into and hold arm balancing poses
* Advanced students who want to learn transitions and how to lift “up”.
